Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed an exterior waterproofing Astoria Queens project involving the brick façade, left-side stucco walls, and rear exterior walls. The surfaces were thoroughly power-washed, and missing mortar joints were professionally spot-pointed.
Our team repaired crumbling, cracked, and water-damaged stucco using Type-S waterproofing cement. Two complete coats of Thorocoat® waterproofing paint were then applied to provide durable weather protection and a clean exterior finish.
All exterior windows were professionally caulked to help reduce water infiltration. Window lintels were scraped, primed, and painted, with the lintel edges carefully sealed for added moisture protection.
