Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a façade restoration Upper West Side project on a landmark residential building in Manhattan. The entire rear façade was power-washed and carefully prepared for masonry restoration.
Missing mortar joints were repaired through professional spot pointing, while masonry cracks were also addressed. One complete coat of white Thorocoat waterproofing paint was then applied to create a clean, uniform exterior finish and provide added weather protection.
The rear window perimeters were sealed with acrylic silicone caulking to help reduce water infiltration. The work area was thoroughly cleaned upon completion, leaving the property with a restored and well-maintained rear façade.
