Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a flat roof restoration Downtown Brooklyn project on a landmark co-op building. The approximately 1,600-square-foot flat roof was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before restoration work began.
Our roofing team reinforced and sealed perimeter edges, roof penetrations, open seams, bulkhead transitions, and known leakage areas using Gorilla Flex waterproofing material. These areas were carefully prepared to improve the roof’s resistance to moisture intrusion.
After repairs and preparation, one complete coat of Gaco® liquid silicone roof coating was applied across the entire roof surface. The seamless coating provides a durable waterproofing layer designed to protect the landmark property from moisture and New York weather conditions.
