Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a flat roof restoration East Village project in Manhattan. The existing flat roof was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before a new Johns Manville modified-bitumen roofing system was installed.
Our roofing team reinforced and sealed perimeter edges, seams, roof penetrations, HVAC equipment, vents, and critical transition areas. These areas were carefully addressed to create a durable and watertight roofing assembly.
After the roofing installation and waterproofing work, one complete coat of Gaco® liquid silicone roof coating was applied across the roof surface. The seamless coating provides an additional weather-resistant barrier designed to protect the roof from moisture and New York City weather conditions.
