Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a flat roof restoration Upper East Side project involving an approximately 1,400-square-foot main roof and bulkhead roof in Manhattan. The entire roof surface was thoroughly cleaned, prepared, and inspected.
Existing roof bubbles and punctures were removed and repaired. Perimeter edges, roof penetrations, open seams, bulkhead transitions, and known leakage areas were reinforced and sealed with CornerFlex® waterproofing paste to address vulnerable areas.
Following the repairs, one complete coat of Gaco® liquid silicone roof coating was applied across the main roof and bulkhead roof. The seamless coating provides a durable waterproofing barrier designed to protect the property from moisture intrusion and New York weather.
