Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a masonry restoration Bensonhurst Brooklyn project involving the rear brick façade and interior cellar walls. The entire rear brick wall was power-washed, stress cracks were repaired, and deteriorated mortar joints received professional spot pointing.
After completing the masonry repairs, our team applied one complete coat of Thorocoat waterproofing paint across the rear wall. This coating provides added weather protection and a clean, uniform exterior finish.
Inside the cellar, cracks on two masonry walls were repaired. The surfaces were scraped and prepared before Thorocoat waterproofing paint was applied to help protect the cellar walls against moisture intrusion.
