Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp completed a great project in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. We installed traditional masonry stucco on two historic cooperative buildings.
To keep everything strong, our team fixed missing mortar joints with spot pointing. Next, we added galvanized stucco wire mesh for extra support. We then applied two coats of high-quality cement stucco, creating a tough finish.
To protect against moisture, we used two coats of Thorocoat waterproofing paint. We also caulked all rear windows to keep out water. Our crew took care of two fire escapes by scraping and painting them with one coat of primer and one coat of rust-resistant paint.
This project blends traditional craftsmanship with modern protection, making the buildings look fresh and lasting!
