Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp completed a challenging project in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We transformed a coop building bulkhead. Here’s how we did it:
First, we carefully demolished the old EIFS stucco. This stucco had leaks and caused problems. After removing it, we inspected the structure underneath. Then, we installed a blue skin waterproofing membrane. This protects the bulkhead from moisture.
Next, we applied Styrofoam stucco. We followed this with a strong base coat to make the bulkhead solid. To finish, we added a Perma Smooth layer. This gave the bulkhead a great look and made it 100% waterproof.
