Thanks to Hi-Tech now our old roof is brand new now. The staff was very professional and the owner is super friendly and cooperative person. They did two coats of gaco silion and the results were amazing. When we were thinking of getting a new roof the owner suggested us this treatment and we not only saved money but time too. Kami and his team are fantastic!  They were quick with a quote and scheduling.  They applied for the permit and repair our sidewalk.  Kami was always very responsive with all my questions that I had and was very helpful. My Condo used Hi Tech to repair a pair of collapsing balcony EFIS ceilings. They are not the cheapest option, but their work was quite comprehensive and went far beyond lower cost scopes of work. They went to great lengths to ensure the underlying water infiltration issue was resolved permanently rather than just repairing the finish. They also added protective enamels and sprays to members below the surface to prevent further corrosion if there ever is a leak. Also matched the existing finish color and texture. Kami and the crew did a great job installing a new roof for my house. Their price was fair compared to a few other companies that I had received estimates for.
