EIFS Stucco Installation and Repair Services

The project involved demolishing the old, leaky EIFS stucco system and roof, followed by the installation of a new Blueskin waterproofing membrane. After that, a new EIFS stucco system with Perma smooth finish layers was applied to the bulkhead walls. A new flat roof was also installed on the bulkhead, and finally, new masonry stucco was applied to the masonry walls of a landmark building in Downtown Brooklyn.
