Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. carefully Stucco Waterproofing the back wall of the historic townhouse in downtown Brooklyn. They used traditional stucco, attaching it with wire mesh and concrete nails. They applied two layers of stucco cement and finished with a waterproof Thorocoat paint for maximum protection. They also used acrylic silicone caulking around the rear windows for added function and a sleek look.
