Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a professional cellar waterproofing Fresh Meadows Queens project, addressing moisture penetration and deterioration on interior foundation walls. The project began with the removal of loose and deteriorated plaster, followed by thorough cleaning and preparation of the existing masonry surfaces.
Our team applied a SikaTop Seal 107 waterproofing cement system to the interior cellar foundation walls, creating a durable protective barrier against moisture. The project also included demolition and replacement of approximately 80 square feet of deteriorated backyard concrete, providing a clean and durable new surface.
To improve long-term water protection, we sealed expansion joints along the driveway and sidewalk with professional waterproof caulking to help reduce water penetration and cracking. The completed project delivered cleaner, stronger, and better-protected cellar walls and exterior concrete surfaces.
