Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a professional front steps resurfacing Brooklyn NY project in Bushwick, restoring an aging front entrance with improved safety, structural strength, and modern curb appeal. The project began with the removal of deteriorated limestone and outdated tile surfaces from all treads and risers, followed by full cleaning and power washing to prepare the substrate for new materials.
Our team installed galvanized wire mesh reinforcement on risers and vertical surfaces to improve bonding strength and reduce the risk of future cracking or delamination. A new masonry cement stucco system was then applied, creating a smooth, durable, and uniform finish across all restored areas.
To complete the renovation, we installed premium bluestone treads on all step surfaces for long-term durability, slip resistance, and an upgraded appearance.
