Modern Flat Roof Project in Sunset Park, Brooklyn

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp recently finished a flat roof project in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. They removed the old roof layers, checked the plywood, and added insulation. Then, they installed a Johns Manville roofing system on the 1,600-square-foot roof. Two coats of Gaco liquid silicone were applied. The parapet walls were waterproofed with blue skin and covered with new EIFS stucco, making the roof strong and protected for the busy area.
