Hi-Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp recently completed a high-end paver installation in Brooklyn, NY, enhancing the exterior of the property with durability, precision, and lasting beauty.
Our experienced team installed 600 sq. ft. of premium Cambridge Ledgestone pavers (Armotec 2½” thick) in a three-brick design pattern. The work included complete base preparation, grading, and fiberglass mesh reinforcement to ensure superior strength and longevity. We also built a 95-linear-foot Belgian block perimeter, carefully set and leveled in mortar for a refined, elegant finish.
In addition to the paver installation, our crew removed and replaced approximately 180 sq. ft. of existing sidewalk with 4,000 PSI broom-finished concrete reinforced with wire mesh and expansion joints, meeting all NYC code standards. The project also included a 6-inch reinforced concrete pad, constructed with proper excavation, compaction, and reinforcement for heavy-duty performance.
All work was completed under OSHA-compliant conditions, ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and professional management throughout. The final result is a maintenance-friendly, durable, and visually appealing exterior, designed to boost both the property’s appearance and long-term value.
