Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a professional stucco restoration Bensonhurst Brooklyn project, restoring a deteriorated rear masonry wall and improving its long-term durability and moisture resistance. The project began with thorough power washing to remove dirt, buildup, and surface contaminants and prepare the façade for restoration.
Our team performed targeted mortar joint repair and spot repointing before reinforcing the entire wall with galvanized welded wire mesh. A traditional smooth-finish masonry stucco system was then applied to create a strong and uniform surface with improved crack resistance.
To complete the restoration, we applied two coats of Thorocoat waterproofing to protect the wall from moisture intrusion and harsh weather. We also installed a new drainage pipe section to improve water flow and reduce the risk of future wall saturation. The result is a clean, durable, and professionally restored rear façade.
