The work began with complete roof surface cleaning and preparation to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
Our team sealed roof edges, seams, and penetrations using Karnaflex waterproofing paste before applying two coats of Gaco 100% Liquid Silicone Roof Coating across approximately 280 square feet. The silicone system provides a seamless protective layer designed to help prevent water intrusion and extend the service life of the existing flat roof.
