Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a professional masonry restoration Downtown Brooklyn project at a landmark property, focusing on the rehabilitation and waterproofing of the building’s entire rear brick wall. The project was designed to improve masonry durability, structural integrity, and protection against water penetration and harsh weather conditions.
Our team performed targeted brick grinding and repointing across the rear wall, removing deteriorated mortar and replacing damaged joints with new waterproof masonry cement. We also replaced one damaged masonry windowsill and completed detailed surface preparation to restore weakened brick joint areas.
