Hi-Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp successfully completed a professional EIFS stucco repair Fresh Meadows Queens project, restoring and waterproofing the exterior façade of a residential property. The project began with a low-pressure power washing of the EIFS and Styrofoam stucco system to safely remove dirt, stains, mildew, and surface contaminants.
Our team repaired cracked and deteriorated EIFS sections and restored damaged areas before applying two coats of Thorocoat waterproofing coating across the exterior walls. Additional work included gutter cleaning and protective gutter mesh installation, along with sealing roof penetrations, vent pipes, and vulnerable shingle areas to help prevent water intrusion.
The project also included power washing exterior pavers and walkways, as well as restoring and painting the front metal railings and security gate with a Benjamin Moore Rust-Oleum oil-based metal coating system for added rust protection. The completed restoration delivered a cleaner appearance, improved moisture resistance, and enhanced long-term exterior durability.
